Everything works perfectly, great app overall.

This app is missing key features and usability that the website has. Unfortunately this is true for the iPad Asana as well. Asana - your calendars are some of your best features! Bring it to your app! Please!!

I love Asana but the new interface is just frustrating! I used it with my company in 2013/2014 and it was so easy to set up tasks, manage multi companies and clients. Now its just not home! Not sure I can use it anymore. Blue one was better.

My team is located across the globe (Paris, Salt Lake City, Brisbane). Managing our work and ensuring that people are up to date has been cumbersome. This simplified our process and we are much better at communication. Fantastic tool.

Functionality is too limited.

This is overall a really great app. However, I just wish I could have access to my completed tasks on the mobile app, without having to search for it in order to find it. Right now, the default view projects only shows the uncompleted tasks. It is a lot of work to have to manually search for specific tasks that have already been completed. If the completed tasks could be added and shown in chronological order (or the same order thats shown on the computer version), this app would be the perfect app! Otherwise, I would need to be on my computer, which defeats the purpose of being able to access files when I am away from my desk. Also, it would be wonderful to re-order projects by dragging and moving them up and down. Please allow creation of new tabs via the iPhone app.

Asana is behind the game with their mobile app. It lacks so many features compared to the web, and the worst part is they force you to use it on a mobile device - no option to use web version in a browser. If you are going to limit function in the app at least make the web available. Would like to create a new project from a template. Would like to easily move tasks to today, upcoming, or specifically later. Would like to add reminders from IOS directly to Asana. Would like to get decent reminders when activities are due. Overall its a cumbersome experience. Using the app should save time, but instead forces users to spend more time finding strange ways to make workflows or just wait until they can get to a computer.

A truly brilliant app. Its a little wanting in the reporting and calendar area, but other than that I couldnt ask for more. Unbelievable value for the free functions!!

This has really helped me keep track of my work projects.

Love the recurring tasks, calendar view, time/hour option for setting due dates, and the collaboration ability. The notifications draw me to check my daily plan instead of social media. I just wish my tasks would automatically sort by due date instead of "incomplete tasks" (for which I have yet to have any use).

The best tool we currently use and it just keeps getting better. I LOVE Asana.

The desktop version is great, the app is ok. It does the job but does lack a bit of the depth of the full version. Fairly solid all around. Efficiency could be improved a bit.

Very slow and since I like to view my tasks by due date, I have to wait for the project to load then click to sort by date and then wait for that to load. Pretty frustrating.

I dont know how we lived before Asana. This app is well done. I like being able to export photos, texts, etc. to tasks directly on my mobile. Keep moving work forward guys.

Asana offers a great web app, but the iOS app seems less intuitive and performs slowly. I have committed to replacing iOS reminders with Asana, but would love to see further improvements in the mobile app.

No major feature difference between the app and the website do you can get pretty much everything done. App is stable and works fine.

Good for viewing tasks, awful for managing them. Slow to launch. Tasks dont show project names, so no context (web version is great). And theres no ability to attach anything other than a photos (I use Dropbox). Also, the number of taps needed to change due dates, or ANY detail, is kind of infuriating. Just super clunky compared to web. Hoping this gets fixed!
