Asana: Where work connects App Reviews

I use Asana on mobile and my laptop for my freelance business process. I love it! Im able to stay much more organized.

Asana really is fantastic--Ive tried a zillion other digital task management systems and this is the one that finally converted me to a paperless life. But it drives me crazy that you cant use the app at all when offline. Would be ideal for it to sync, but at least let me see my current task list (even if I cant make changes to it).

Its hard to mark tasks as complete on this app and the widget doesnt really update. I dont really care about what is in my inbox on the app- if I wanted to chat or write a note I would do it on desktop. Make the mobile app more easy to mark tasks complete and update the overall status of a project.

Good way to communicate with team members

Great app and easy to use. Cool designs too.

No offline mode and no way to reorder subtasks. Also some useful features are hidden in the hamburger menu in the top right

After get a notification you have to hunt for whats new. The ordering within conversations and tasks is confusing. Not intuitive.

It is always a pain to try finding the task list for a project, after trying to find it for a minute I start clicking random tabs until I see the list.. This is basically how complicated their UI is. Today I am done with this app

Lets put it this way. Online asana is my driver but I have to have wunderlist to do anything on mobile. Its so bad it requires redundancy of another app when mobile.

Im so glad I use Asana. A great todo tracker. Communication is great. This thing is awesome!!

The app is not at all intuitive - its far to convoluted to even do something like delete an activity or a project. If an organization app is hard to use, whats the point??!!

Recently downloaded the app and really like it so far. Its been a great help when Im on the go and keeps me connected with the rest of the team and what they are working on. Very happy weve started using Asana!

This is most confusing task list app in the world.

Maybe in just lucky. Or maybe their recent updates have fixed the bugs others have complained about. Works perfect

Asana is great for teams with many non-project tasks to track and coordinate. The mobile app is okay, but not great. I really wish it could function offline, so I could use it in flight, etc., then synch up when I get online. And an Apple Watch app would be nice.

Havent really used the app all that much, but the performance seems to be lagging.
