Flexible web-based tool to manage tasks and team. Good integration with other tools(mailchimp, dropbox, etc)

No possible to insert project from the app iPhone

Started to crash (always) when started since some days, so not usable anymore. Deleting it and switching to Spark mail client.

I seriously love this app. I always forget everything in my life, and in my job, so I finally have something to remind me at least what I need to do in my day! And its too lovely (design talking)

I manage multiple project at the same time and they are all based on a common template (I.e Research - Concept development - Invoice sent - etc). As of now, the tasks preview shows them all together making impossible to discern which task belong to which project (coming from a project template, I just end up with a list of tasks carrying the same name!) This is absurd.

It is incredible how many features are present in the free version: thanks Asana!

Very helpful for my team group

I love the web version of asana. The iPad app is useless without a calendar view.

Setting up lists has no automation, is cumbersome, and has no logical organization to it. Tasks are organized by order I which they were entered instead of something useful like, I dont know, their deadline. When I look at my tasks, they are just listed in random order, and sub tasks just list the Wu task and not the main task to which it relates. Im sorry to have wasted 3 hours on the assumption that this would help me with project management. In reality, its just a shared to do list.

This app should have a calendar view. Its one of the biggest issues my team comes across when viewing on a mobile device.

Why is the iPad app so far behind the website? It doesnt have needed features and it takes too many touches just to enter a single task. Touch - type in title - touch - touch - touch touch - touch - touch - enter due date - touch touch touch assign task, and so on... Also, it desperately needs a Calendar view. And it needs duplicate Task options. And it needs the integrations like HarvestApp, etc. Please update it so it has the great features of the web app.

What a great product. The web app is obviously more fully featured, but the mobile app does just what it needs to do without being cumbersome. Negative reviews seem to be based on feature requests. Too many features plague lots of task apps, making them too hard to use. Try Asana. Its great

No ability to create Projects. No ability to add files using the iOS file picker. UX not well thought out (ex. need to create and save a task, then reopen, edit to add sub-tasks). Functionality overall is lagging behind other like apps. Web app is awesome. iOS app is a bit of a disappointment. Hope they improve this.

Excellent app. A great tool to keep track of my team and all we are doing while on the go.

Ive used many tools and Asana is still one of my favorite because its kept the experience simple but still powerful enough for business. Its flexible enough to adapt for use but rigid enough to not become too convoluted. Its great for small businesses and start ups. As enjoyable as a productivity tool can be.

I live by the Asana Calendar. If its not available on the app, at least have it accessible on the web.
