Asana: Where work connects App Reviews

Ive used simpler and less simple tools; Asana is my fave because its SO powerful yet intuitive. Better on desktop; a few minor lumps on the iOS. INTEGRATION IS GREAT. THANK YOUUUU.

Just started using Asana for tracking some personal projects and its been great. Straightforward to use and I can switch between my phone, iPad and browser easily.

I highly recommend this app. Great for managing tasks and projects.

Hi. I like this app. Feels easier than the web version. But I really like the calendar view on web. Can you please add it on the iOS app? Thanks.

Super easy to use - I find the conversation and inbox tabs much easier to use with the mobile app...I wish it could sync with my calendar though!

Asana really helps me get things done! Cool graphic when tasks get completed. My team and I use Asana to stay connected and collaborate! Highly recommend

This app is amazing! Ive tried a whole lot of scheduling/organizing time apps and this one is, by far, THE BEST!

Nice for my day to day, when I dont have time to sort my tasks on the desktop. My only suggestion would be to include the calendar view, similar to what the desktop version has. I find it really handy on the desktop, and if it could get onto the mobile app that would make my day.

This app has changed my life. Its incredibly powerful, can be used for home and work, and helps you accomplish anything and everything. I tell everyone about how great it is.

I do not have account for asana so after I downloaded the app, I clicked the sign up button and the app said check your email to verify. When I checked the email, there was no indication for verification but told me that I am already sign up so just to log in. So I went to log in page and I need to now enter the password. Well where do I set the stupid password now??? I gave up. Useless app.

I have an iPad Pro, nice big screen, so I expect all the features I should find in the web app: not so, I am stuck with the bare bones app where I dont have full project visibility or management.

No easy way to view tasks by member, only shows favourites

As a daily user of their website I am stunned by how badly they implemented this app. Its so radically different from the website functionality that it feels like a totally separate system, its almost impossible to navigate effectively, and seems to work against you while attempting to organize and review tasks.

Would be nice to include all the basic features needed to manage a project from the app version. In my opinion its got beautiful design but is missing core features essential to using this app. Like delete a project? Having to change to the web app every time I want to delete a project... sorry but thats just incomplete for an app. If it had at least necessities I would definitely consider switching to this cool idea and beautifully designed app from trello.

While I dont experience it having the same functions as the desktop, it may be one of two things: 1. Its a mobile app 2. I havent used it enough to discover where those functions are. Neither make it wrong. Just know that the basics are there and are there to support you while youre on the move.

I was looking forward to using this app, so eagerly installed it. Only to discover that after logging in with Google, going through 2-step authentication and...getting thrown out to a developer message. Not happy.

I love that is free up to 30 people and I can use it on my computer and phone. Its really handy to work on projects with coworkers, spouse, or friends and to keep my to-do list.
