Gorgeous new redesign and terrific functionality. Its my go-to for GTD!

This is not a simple app to use. It is rather confusing for the individual with little or no experience using task managing software. There is a need for clearer directions and help options. Simply put, its confusing.

Pretty terrible...I cant manage tasks lists -- cant delete a list. Whats the point of this?

Loving the app. But would love to see the widget group tasks by project.

Such a great project management tool which is so easy to learn. In terms of its usefulness and function Asana always come out on top!

Saw many good reviews of this tool and decided to give it a try for an important set of tasks I’ve been given. It had no trouble creating tasks for me, but once I tried to assign or delegate a task to another user, it reported an error. It also did me the disfavour of deleting the (rather lengthy) task I was trying to assign and returning me to a blank “Assign Task” screen. So I lost all that work. Pity. I had recommended this to the other people involved in the project, but I will now rescind that recommendation. Not robust or trustworthy.

Fantastic and free web based project management tool. Easy to use and great for teams especially which are not all in one location!

Love so much about this app - ability to separate tasks by section, project, assign tasks, have them repeat at certain intervals. All its missing is ability to set a default view of tasks. I would love to see by due date but each time I open the app it goes to all incomplete tasks in order of date added.

Ive used Asana for 3 years and setup two 20 person teams on it. Best task manager in my opinion. However the iOS app needs some small tweaks such as making sort by due date a default and being able to assign a task to a project from the create task screen. Simple stuff that hasnt been improved in over a year.

The app serves its purpose but it does so without any flare. The colour palate is weak there is no contrast and the fonts are unnecessarily small. With the basics now in place it would be nice to see the visuals of the app improved.

Just in about 1 week into app and sincerely liking the visual look and the feasibility to collaborate.

Adding a Task to a project in a specific spot is difficult. In the web Gui, you just hit enter and type. In the app, its much more difficult.

We use this app in our organization of approx 100 people. I also know of another organization in our town that uses it, and they have approximately 5 staff. It is very useful to keep tabs on tasks that you may forget about. It is easy to communicate through, and answer via email etc. The company is very responsive and constantly updating their app. Price when you start going up starts to get pricey, so hopefully they will get into a Tier based pricing.

I have been using this for our marketing agency project centre and it works really awesome. I highly recommend this as a tool for business owners who deal with multiple projects, teams and clients. It is the best way to streamline projects and keep on top of tasks.

Definitely my go to project coordinating app. Five stars are not enough!
